We stand behind every project we complete. When you hire Waller Pavers, you're getting work backed by a clear, honest warranty with no fine-print surprises.
What's Covered
- One (1) year warranty on labor and workmanship from the date of installation
- Broken restraint edges
- Sinking or shifting pavers due to workmanship
- "Seconds" pavers: labor and workmanship are still guaranteed, even if the manufacturer does not cover the product warranty
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by natural disasters (sinkholes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.)
- Product/manufacturer defects — the manufacturer is responsible for product warranty
- "Seconds" pavers are not covered by manufacturer product warranty
- Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or third-party work
Important Notes
The manufacturer is responsible for all product warranties. Product warranty claims will not be honored by Waller Pavers — you'll need to contact the manufacturer directly. We're happy to help you identify the manufacturer and provide any project documentation you may need for a claim.
